SHIPPING POLICY

At Nurtured Roots we work hard to get 
your order to you as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 
business days. Orders placed on weekends 
or holidays will be processed the next 
business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all 
orders over $70.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped you will 
receive a confirmation email with your 
tracking number. You can use this to 
monitor your delivery status at any time.

DELAYS
Occasionally shipping may take longer 
due to customs clearance or high demand 
periods. If your order hasn't arrived 
within 20 business days please contact 
us at amhp1925@gmail.com and we will 
investigate immediately.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, 
Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. 
International orders may be subject to 
customs fees which are the responsibility 
of the customer.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is 
correct at checkout. We are not 
responsible for orders delivered to 
an incorrect address provided by 
the customer.
